Visit an LTO-accredited emission center. The result is typically transmitted directly to LTO.
Secure Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) insurance from an LTO-accredited provider.
Go to the nearest LTO branch (or your originating branch). Submit all documents and pay renewal fees.
Receive your new Official Receipt and validation sticker. Place sticker properly or attach to MVR form.
Ensure all documents are updated, sticker is applied, and registration card kept in a safe place.
